Welcome to the Cardiomyopathy Scottish Support Group
Are you or someone you know affected by Cardiomyopathy? The Cardiomyopathy Scottish Support Group was set up on behalf of CMA members, family, friends and any other interested parties in the medical field or otherwise.
We will try to support people with any interest in cardiomyopathies by information from and about the CMA.
We will try to bring awareness of cardiomyopathy and the CMA to the general public and the media through our meetings and activities.

We have this year introduced a new programme of street collections to help to support our work. CMA Trustee Bob McConnachie and his team of five recently collected at the Braehead Shopping Centre in Glasgow. They raised the sum of £326.75, which is a great effort.
Bob commented, 'We may have been a small band of volunteers but hopefully if we can get more people to help us in future we can achieve a lot more'. He went on to say, 'I am sure that when people hear how successful and how simple it is to do this type of fundraising they will volunteer to give an hour or so of their time'.
