The Cardiomyopathy Association is a registered charity which helps sufferers, their families and their medical advisors to best manage the impact of cardiomyopathy.

Although one form of the illness - Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy - remains the number one cause of sudden death in the under twenty-fives, it is diagnosable and treatable, if identified.
